It will not surprise anybody to hear that 2011 was a difficult year in commercial property, between the crippling effects of ongoing empty rates legislation and a severe shortage of tenant demand in the region it takes a realistic and pro-active approach to ensure property is let or sold
2011 was a positive year for Reeves and Co., transactions were slightly down from 2010 however we still managed to shift in the region of 60,000 sq ft of office accommodation in and around York.

Letting of Units 2, 3 and 4,Triune Court, Monks Cross, York
Reeves and Co. acted on behalf of the landlords of Triune Court to orchestrate a letting of 15,760 sq ft to Trustmarque Solutions Ltd and 3,163 sq ft to Agility Multichannel Ltd
Reeves and Co. have acted on over 20 lettings and lease renewals at this serviced office facility, since the time we have acted as agents for the property occupation has massively increased, with only a small percentage of this large office facility remaining empty
Gateway 1, HolgatePark, York:
Reeves and Co. acted on the investment sale of Gateway 1, Holgate Park, in a sale transaction in excess of £2,800,000
Apollo House, Heworth Green, York:
Reeves and Co. acted on the letting of 5,850 sq ft to Pertemps People Development Group. We are still marketing accommodation in Heworth Green which remains one of the best office premises still available in York
Felling Shopping Parade, Gateshead
Reeves and Co. have been involved with the proposed re-development of Felling Shopping Parade and ongoing negotiations with new and existing tenants. This is an extremely exciting project which will see a new 29,000 sq ft Supermarket and 6 addiitonal smaller retail untis helping to regenerate a deprived area of Gateshead
BIT Building, Clifton Moor,York
Reeves and Co. acted on the letting of the prominent 4,280 sq ft BIT building in Clifton Moor to Dialight Ltd
